Aprender, Empreender e Aprender: a Perspectiva da Prática para o Entendimento do Processo da Aprendizagem Empreendedora

Resumo


O campo de estudo do empreendedorismo não é recente e já foi explorado por meio de diferentes perspectivas. No final da década de oitenta, uma nova possibilidade oportunizou que o tema fosse analisado enquanto um processo dinâmico. Essas mudanças levaram os pesquisadores a questionar de que maneira ocorre o ‘tornar-se’ empreendedor. Diante disso, aproximaram-se os pressupostos das teorias sobre empreendedorismo e da aprendizagem, inaugurando-se uma nova temática, denominada de Aprendizagem Empreendedora (AE). Este ensaio teórico, enquanto uma reflexão sobre esse tema, além de narrar o resgate histórico do surgimento da Aprendizagem Empreendedora e de descrever como ocorreu o seu desenvolvimento ao apontar as diferentes perspectivas empregadas, sugere que as teorias da prática sejam utilizadas como lentes teórico-metodológicas para o seu estudo. Isso ocorre pelo fato de que, atualmente, as pesquisas apontam para a investigação da aprendizagem dos empreendedores por meio de um enfoque social e revelam uma tendência para a análise das práticas como fonte de aprendizado. Para isso, realizou-se um levantamento sistemático da literatura sobre a Aprendizagem Empreendedora a fim de permitir a apresentação histórica do desenvolvimento da temática e a posterior identificação das diferentes perspectivas utilizadas nessa trajetória.
