A articulação dos atores do ecossistema paranaense de inovação

Resumo


A pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar o ecossistema de inovação do estado do Paraná, a partir do confronto da literatura científica e dos resultados da pesquisa empírica. Metodologicamente o trabalho é qualitativo, com um protocolo de estudo de caso inspirado na proposta do Yin (2014, 2017), como fontes de evidências foram utilizadas as entrevistas, observação não participante, análise de documentos, registro em arquivos e artefatos físicos. Para o embasamento teórico, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática do conceito, atores e casos de ecossistema de inovação a partir da análise de publicações na base de dados da Web of Science. Como técnica de pesquisa, usou-se o protocolo indicado por Bardin (2016) com o auxílio do software Nvivo 12 licenciado. Em termos teóricos, o trabalho seguiu a literatura científica mais referenciada do mundo no tocante aos ecossistemas de inovação e na análise dos casos buscou-se autores que investigaram atores do Paraná. Observa-se que o Paraná, com seus 399 municípios, tem as regiões geográficas imediatas de Cascavel, Curitiba, Foz do Iguaçu, Londrina, Maringá, Pato Branco e Ponta Grossa como ecossistemas regionais de grande destaque. Atores como a Incubadoras, Aceleradoras, UFPR, a UTPR, Startup Paraná, Sistema S, Associações Comerciais, Governo do Estado, Parques Tecnológicos, Prefeituras Municipais e startups são fundamentais para o desenvolvimento do estado. Ao longo da investigação, percebe-se que o ambiente de inovação paranaense está em expansão, com a atuação fundamental do SEBRAE como entidade de conexão dos atores do ecossistema.
