COMO DIRIGENTES DE PEQUENAS EMPRESAS EMPREENDEM EM UM CONTEXTO DE LIMITAÇÃO INSTITUCIONAL?

É sabido que as pequenas empresas, desde seu início, convivem com a escassez de recursos além de outras limitações. Em relação as limitações institucionais, elas se manifestam de maneira formal, por meio de leis e regras, e também de maneira informal como por exemplo, hábitos e práticas. No contexto de limitações institucionais, algumas pequenas empresas sobrevivem e crescem em função das ações empreendedoras de seus fundadores e dirigentes. Para exemplificar estas ações, apresentando aos demais líderes de pequenas empresas alternativas que levem à superação das limitações institucionais, foi feita uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Ao final desta revisão, foram selecionados 32 artigos de diferentes partes do mundo que, consolidados em uma tipologia, apresentam ações tomadas por empreendedores e por dirigentes de pequenas empresas em resposta às limitações institucionais. Este trabalho serve a pesquisadores para que aprofundem os estudos quanto a eficiência destas ações em contextos diferentes dos tratados na pesquisa, ou ainda, que desenvolvam novas práticas. Serve também de inspiração a dirigentes de pequenas empresas para que superem as limitações institucionais tomando em seus negócios, ações práticas como por exemplo, preparação profissional mais adequada e tomada de ações inovadoras em processos ou modelos de negócio.
