PAPEL DOS GERENTES NA ARTICULAÇÃO DE CAPACIDADES DINÂMICAS

Resumo


Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a articulação das capacidades dinâmicas pelos gerentes para obtenção de vantagem competitiva em uma empresa de serviços. Procurou-se apresentar, neste estudo, os aspectos mobilizados pela gestão, que permitem às PMEs terem crescimento, resultados mais rápidos e competitividade. Metodologicamente está estruturada como um estudo de caso único, e para tal selecionou-se uma empresa brasileira do segmento de transportes, que atua há mais de 20 anos no mercado, tendo estas operações no sul e sudeste brasileiro. Foram aplicadas 14 entrevistas em profundidade além de mapeadas evidências secundárias por meio de pesquisa documental. Como resultados, evidenciamos as habilidades e competências que são mobilizadas pelo gerente, que proporcionam e permitem às empresas crescerem, obterem resultados rápidos, assim como gerar e manter a competitividade. Os resultados demonstram que o protagonismo dos gerentes contribuiu para a qualificação da tomada de decisão, o gerenciamento e a incorporação de atitudes proativas de condução das ações de planejamento e estratégia empresarial. Com isso, a capacidade de detecção para oportunidades e ameaças dos gerentes, contribuiu para que ocorresse a reconfiguração dos recursos e aperfeiçoamento de rotinas.
